With a license in real estate appraisals, as well as sales, Kim provides a depth of knowledge about the market for her buyers and sellers, a strong work ethic, and a genuine care for each client.
Kim’s real estate experience started with working as a program director for a community developer that built housing for seniors and families. In 2010, Kim began studying and investing in real estate. Her personal experience in investments, property management, multi-unit residential properties, short and long-term rentals, as well as renovations of homes for resale or marketing, has all become very useful in helping clients make great real estate choices. As a Realtor, Kim enjoys the privilege of helping clients transform their own homes to sell at the top of the market, identify investment opportunities that are right for them, or find their own perfect home here in the East Bay.
Growing up with family in San Francisco and Oakland and attending UC Berkeley, Kim knows how special the Bay Area is and how each neighborhood is unique. She loves to help buyers discover their perfect niche.
During her spare time, Kim enjoys football and baseball games with family, nature walks with their border collie, and exploring new neighborhoods. Organizations that Kim has worked closely with include LTSC Community Development Corporation, Amani Ugandan Children’s Choir, Regeneration Oakland Sunday Streets, Biotech Partners, and Berkeley Youth Alternatives.
